99 fd staring problem.

Over the last week or so my FD as developed an issue when starting up.
Pretty much every time i start it up first thing in the morning i takes a little while to kick in.
It started off a couple of turn overs and got longer and longer till it gets to the point i think its not going to.

My car is a 99 typeR with no engine mods other than a BOV.

Iv removed the UIM to check the coils and they seem to be fine if my understanding of the voltmeter is right!

I did however find this while i had it all off.
One of the my check valves leading to the pressure chamber is broken!

Would this be causing it?

A video.

Iv checked the coils today and they seemed to be in tolerance resistances wise

Are the coils in the same position on the mounting bracket in a 99 or have they been moved?
I mention this as all the pictures iv seen show the leading coild in the middle but mine was on the right.

Iv checked the precontrol and waste gate solenoids today (the green pair away from the main box in my case)

I appear to have a stuck or sever leaking precontrol solenoid.
When pressure or vacuum is applied it offers no resistance.
The waste gate solenoid seems fine.
Would this be causing my problem?

I used this info to perform a basic test with a syringe.
