94 FD: Blower issues

Hi all,

94 FD, A/C worked great until recently. Fan speeds 1-3 don't work, but fan speed 4 alone blows full steam, albeit cold A/C doesn't light up on 4, and doesn't seem to blow cold on 4. I swear I hear compressor kicking on for 1-3 though, and it blows cold briefly at 4 if I've left it at 3.

Sorry for the terrible diag, but thoughts? Thank you.

Check the blower motor resistor under the glove box, it might be blown.
