My 91 rx7 non turbo 1.3L isn’t starting… I put a brand new battery in the car. The ignition lock cylinder seemed like it was sticking and might not be giving proper signal to the starter. But the car did crank and about 5 seconds into cranking the power started to slowly die out.. and now it seems it doesn’t have enough power to crank over. Cells and voltage on the battery are good. Any recommendations?

 

Inspect the wiring and think of replacing the main power and ground wires.
