13b 6port 4 port

I have a stock 85 gsl se with a stock 13b 6 port. I was just advised to do a swap to a 4 port, is that a whole engine swap or something else. In your response please give details I am an idiot. Thanks

The 4 Port is normally a Turbo motor, but the Older 13Bs where 4 port, but a properly functioning 6 port will have more HP then a 4 port.
