Yup, I'm a Hokie. Which frat are you in? I'm not in one, but have friends in most of them.

Definitely let me know before you head out here sometime. I may or may not have my car here, but I'd like to see yours or just hang out.

Joe (josepi) said he was coming out for a football game, but we know how that goes lol "I'll be at the auto-x"... yeah right. Just sell your damn honda and fix the TII!

Good luck with the smoking problem!

bump for the dead thread.

Garcia - I haven't seen you on AIM and I lost your cell so here's a tip. There is an 83 RX-7 "Limited Edition" at CAP. It has some really nice stock appearing 14" mesh wheels. I know anything 4x110 is hard to score so they might be something you'd be interested in.

Yeah thats it, it took me a minute to get used to boost not hitting till 3500 or so. I ran the hell out of it when i took it out, its boostin about 9 pounds, whats hard and soft mean on the greddy b.o.v., i tried to adjust it to where you itghten it down till you hear no vaccum but the only way it would leak vaccum is when the top bolt came completely out. I havent had a chance to look at the tailights yet ill let you know i have to go out there later on today and look to see what parts i have to sell.

So who'll be autcrossing this year? (besides me) It looks like VMSC is going to have the busiest schedule they've ever had, May alone has 3 autoX's in it and the Manchester HS location should be interesting.

manchester high school huh? that sounds interesting. where at on the property do you know?

i would love to do a track day in the car, but im just fearing it will..

a.) be slow
b.) break something (its my daily driver)
c.) wreck

so.. im preparing for a track day with the bike at either vir or summit point. hopefully vir. im looking to buy full race leathers in a week or two, and boots sometime after that. that **** is expensive, but it should be alot faster/more fun on the bike than im my first gen. plus from what ive seen, track days on a bike seem to be alot cheaper than cars. if i had a newer car that was more reliable, id be all about it. seeing how my bike isnt my primary means of trans. ill be trying that out.

speaking of which, i put a new sprocket on the bike tuesday (just like changing gears in a car). i went with a -1 in the front. i took it up and down the street and just rolling the throttle i can feel the front end getting really light like it wants to come up. i was afraid to get down on it because it was so cold, i didnt want the rear coming out from under me with cold *** tires.

Hopefully my car will still be running then and i can get some track time in. With 130,xxx miles on this TII motor and boosting 10 pds. im wondering how long it will last. Anyone need some S4 parts, im getting ready to junk this car so if anyone needs anything let me know, i have little left on it, some int. parts along with all body parts, and a sunroof.
