Need a bit of help...

Need a bit of help...

I need someone that is mechanically inclined and has preferably worked on cars before... about an hour if your time in the shop... If you have no clue what your doing this is not really the project to learn on... I'll be happy to teach someone on a easier install though...

I have the tranny out of my car and need someone to help me lift it back into place.

It is not impossible to do alone -but a pain when the car is on jackstands... I should have simply pulled the whole engine out...

My shop is right around exit 145 on the GSPW 2 min off the highway... looking to get this done Mon night... I'll be at the shop from about 7pm till it's done. ( should not be long once the tranny is in)

This will be a big "I owe you one" as in I'll give you a hand when you need it/welcome to my shop anytime.

any takers?

-Andrew

TIA

old and new

awesome! I'll call ya. It will be a breeze with 2 people... we just have to lift the tranny in then if you wanna stick around it is only a matter of a few wires, driveshaft, starter and exhaust....

then test drive!

went well!

All that is left is the starter, a few wires, add trans fluid and go!

oh and the exhaust...

I'm considering running it open header to the Tues night meet for ***** and giggles

Bennie did a great job... installed the slave cyl and driveshaft himself and helped get the tranny in place... good worker! Thanks Bennie!
