It will not be an old school only rotor event. It will be an ALL ROTOR EVENT! Even if you do not have a Mazda as long as the vehicle has a rotory engine.

Date: Oct. 26, 2008
Time: 10am -> until people get tired

All you have to do is show up to this meet. This will show your interest in making a large event possible. If the turn out is great we will proceed with plans to have a major rotor event at this same location next year.

The power is in your hands! If you want a big event support this by participating!

That will be really nice, but a tall order at the moment, right now I just want to focus on how many people are willing to come out to this event. If the event gathers interest, then we can make it better next year. Lets take small steps first.

Just to make sure, I like to reiterate...this is for all Mazda Rotaries and cars that have rotaries engines transplanted into them. I like to mention that anyone who loves rotaries or is curious about them can also attend.

Ken, I will see if I can come. Looks like work is hitting me with some Film Festival.

 

I will try to make it also. My car should be running with in a week or sooner. I will be there regardless. I will stay intouch as to possibly getting a spot.

Great time of year for a drive, going to try to make this one for sure

 

from new york (directions) I95 North to exit 26 at the botom of ramp follow straight across and stay to the right of the entrance ramp.follow the road to second stop sign and take right on to iranistan ave.continue south on iranistan ave until you reach the park.take a right on atlantic st and go straight down and take frist left.the meet will be accross the roberto clement monument.
i95 south exit 26 take left at the end of ranp and follow direction on top

i went to the last meet at this park and can tell yall, it was a great turnout of cars, ppl and a beautifulo location for a meet. i wont miss this one

 

i might be able to make it, not sure yet, we'll see.

 

im in, I aint taking anything apart on the car for a few weeks, lol

 

i got a party the day before but i will most likely attend with John. If it was anything like this weekend as soon as im getting home from partying we will go str8 to the meet.

This is not going to be a car show for now (just a meet). We are testing to see if people are really interested in a big show in CT. If a lot of people show up then we will proceed to make this an official car show event.

The Toyota guys started off small, this year was their 6th event. So we have a lot of catching up to do! A car show takes a lot of work!

I don’t know if we can have a sound off, but you can bring parts.
