anybody have a t2 throttle body they wanna get rid of?

Actually, I just got a TII throttle body (I think it's an S4) from a friend. I was going to take the thermowax off of it in case the thermowax on my N/A's TB was toast, but I think I can part with it.

 

I might be interested in that, and I dont need the thermowax since i'd eliminate it anyways, just want one with the secondary choke valves

1 tps = s4

2 tps = s5

 

i need a stock TB for my FC. S4.

so should i buy an FD with 42k miles on a reman from mazda, or a 400 whp 87 TII? fully built with AI and a T04E turbo with an NPR FMIC and Motec ECU?

 

I've been pretty busy lately, so I haven't been able to dig up that TII throttle body I have. I should be able to find it by tomorrow and let you know if it's an S4 or S5 TB.

 

so we ever going to have another meet? please? before the snow? do a fall cruise up to vermont or something?

BTW, for those asking about the TII TB: I think the TPS has been removed. There's only one electrical connector and it has two prongs in a "T" shape, which doesn't match the connector for an S4 or S5 TPS. It still has the dynamic chamber attached.

 

TPS removal is fail xD

so yeah lets set up a meet for next month, give plenty of notice.

lets say October 11th. Cape Cod. Photoshoot and hang out?

 

saw a black or dark blue FC with S5 tail in sterling or leminster anybody here?

OK so meet is OCTOBER 11th! Still to decide on a location, im thinking possibly Worcester or maybe the Cape. Its fall so i think a cruise is in order though, not sure how the leaves are on the Cape but maybe a cruise up vermont way or something might be nice?

anyone with suggestions, chime in now so we can get this together and a thread put up for it asap. I want people to be able to get time off in order to make the meet this time.

86fc3sred, If that was a black s5 turbo 2 it was probably my friend jeremy, he's from leominster. it is black with gold Desmond 17's.
I am looking for a good Fc Shell to start building an rx-7 again finally after a year off again. haha. i have one i in gardner ma that i am waiting to hear back on(87 n/a base model, runs) . Let me know if you know of any other good ones. I will be on more i promise! haha.

private photoshoot; but i would love to meet up with everyone before or after. maybe lunch or dinner somewhere. the gentlemen i am doing the shoot with is a local, so he should know some good spots.
