Hey my names Dave i own a 88'FC3s, i live in the columbia area. I blew the engine a while back so i riped it out and had it rebuilt. The thing is when i riped it out i literally riped it out, im in a bit of a mess trying to put this thing back togather. Im just trying to seek some local help to see it i can get this thing running again.

If mine was a turbo setup I'd probably leave it alone for awhile, but being NA is just killing me. I'd put my nitrous kit on it if I thought I could lay off the button, but I'd be going through more nitrous than gas if I did that, and probably blow the engine up pretty quickly

There is a few clubs that do them.
http://www.capitaldrivingclub.com/
http://www.autocrossersinc.org/
http://www.scca.com/

I usually stick with the CDC ones, I like all the people there, they're pretty cool. My car is hopelessly out-classed at normal SCCA events, and autocrossers inc. use the same class system. I might start going to some of those in a bit though.

CDC has events in frederick, bowie, summit point, and woodbridge VA. Go look at their website at the schedule. I'll be at the bowie auto-x in 2 weeks.

CDC is more laid back and you get 6 or 7 runs, the only drawback is that it takes a long time. AI and SCCA events you normally have to show up first thing in the morning and wait until your heat. Run your heat and then leave..

I'll let you take a run in my car next time if you want Mike. I wouldn'y be worried about getting beat though I swapped cars with my buddy that has the 350Z for one run and he ran his second best time of the day!

I'm technically baned from driving in Virginia

But I'd be up for some sort of meet, especially at Malloy.

I've not ridden in it since before we tuned it on the dyno. I just liked that nice big number "270" instead of my puny "140."

there is an S4 TII at the crazy rays in Jessup if anyone needs anything.

when I was there yesterday someone had just taken the turbo, and the intercooler was gone, but other than that it was fairly complete.

Color (body and interior) I need Silver/Light blue body panels and grey interior bits...

Or two matching blue seats for another car.

I have a pair of front fenders that have been rolled for tire clearance. They were given to me, but I really don't need them. They're not in great shape, a repaint would be a good idea (obviously you were trying to avoid that since you were specific on color, but free is pretty cheap). If you can use them, come pick them up. If not, I'll hang on to them for someone that can use them.

Different topic:

Is anyone else planning on attending the BBQ Saturday? I'm trying to make it since it will probably be the last weekend my car has the rotary in it still
