I almost feel that I am not worthy since I still do not have any RX7s on the road yet.But what the heck,I do live in Md. I am attempting to restore an '85 GSL.Don't ask me why since it has no title but I hope to get around that somehow. Maryland MVA is no help. Are they all inbred at that place?Hope to someday have a legal,drivable RX7 and to meet some fellow Marylanders at one of your meeting places.

Kamui, you really need to just talk to the owner of the establishment where you are practicing and tell them what you're doing and see if it's ok. Then just walk the motorcycle over there and go. If the cops come by, you can just tell them to talk to the owner of the place who said you could.

Well, the parking lot that I went to is owned by the city... it's right next to a recreational field, so it's pretty much public property
