I think the vert needs a lot less work than the TII does, and getting it running costs no money at all.
keeping the TII and selling the vert doesn't make any sense, plus you getting the van running would give you all the seats and room you would need.
I think it's much more practical to keep the vert on repair costs and fuel costs alone.

i still got a PS1 with monster S-video cable up for best offer (its old not asking for much). VAX never got with me to come get it. it needs to go cuz i already have one. also comes with power and a standard composite cable too. no controllers or games.
