What if you replaced it with an FD setup? I still have all my intake/tb stuff in boxes. I don't even know if it would fit.. but I'm trying to clean out my garage anyway

The apex seals set properly, and now the car starts. However, I'm sure it has a blown coolant seal, and the oil looks like it came from the lungs of a lifetime smoker.
I've not heard that trick before...My friend Ryan has a N/A that won't start, but if you push it, it will start and run. Would this maybe help his car?

Oh yeah, and the body is done on my 'vert. I called Thurs and asked if they had finished putting the factory pin-striping back on ... "um...not yet" was the answer...glad I asked BEFORE I went to pick it up

I agree! I finally have my FD in possession with plates and all. Once I get my permanent plates, I was hoping to make it to a cruise and meet some of the local wankel nuts. Hopefully me and wifey can make it if there's any other planned meets near the area.

Tofuball is the man with a plan. He has more rx7's than anyone I know. (five or six.. cant remember) and he knows how to work on them.

Plus he's a really nice guy and gives very very reasonable prices. Even willing to barter sometimes.

That's cool man. I work right off 124 (in a neighborhood off brink rd). And you know Jason? His garage is right up in laytonsville about 5-10 minutes from there.

As for the engine rebuild, I would love to help but I'll be working all day and then I have stuff planned that night. Are you going to be working on it at all during wednesday or thursday night?

so you're finally getting the robotic exoskelatin that can turn into a car mode... good choice...

are you getting the extra jet mode too?

EDIT: it's probably just because it's getting cold and it's carburated... my corolla's been acting a little wierd too.
