I missed this post right here.
yeah results in. Spilt lower rad hose. Damn this cost 83 bucks for a factory rad hose from OLDS. I wish it was not twisted and bent to go around stuff so i could use a cheaper one. Anyways yes the northstar is a incredible engine and I have loved the aurora since I bought it. I am considering buying a Supercharger Jag XJR. The car is very nice just smaller than the olds. I have 199999 on the olds now and see that car going into the 3's before the northstar gives out. But when its done its XJR time
I am!
I'm leaving work at like 4:30 today, so I should be at the metro station at like 5:30ish I'll call you.
EDIT: the faster we get your car done, the faster we can devote all our time to my car
if it isn't done by the time I go back to school the world is going to explode...

subtract both side by "time", then I get " rx7s = 0", which is no time for rx7s.

I'll take that race. I will be up at the garage next week. Straight line you will loose to the v8.

in curves however that would just be amusing to watch

EDIT: it's not an SR20, it's a KA motor from a later 240.

Look under where the cylinder is and there should be a tab or little button you can stick a small screw driver in and then pop it out. The cylinder must be in the ignition on position in order to do this. If you dont have the key, jam a screw driver in it and twist it with a pair of plyiers. This will break the cylinder but not the column and the new cylinder will go right in and work fine. Just be carful of little plastic peices around the cylinder when twisting it. On some cars there is a little plastic peice with wires going to it that can easly break.
no no, the ignition unbolts and unplugs from the column. If you've ever installed a turbotimer, then removing the ignition switch is a snap.
Theres no reason to seperate the cylinder from the ignition, when you can just swap the whole thing over with a few bolts and plugs.
