As far as I'm concerned going from 160 to 220 horsepower with no fuel upgrades on an NA is pretty good... that's a 37.5% increase with little money spent...

but it still wont get his car faster than a well running boosted rx7 with basic mods, Which is all I ever said. Mayeb instead of just trying to prove your point you should read what it is that you are replying to.

Looks fellas, I m not trying to pick a fight. You guys joke around with each other obviously but when I bust yor ***** some the whole lot of you got your panties all tight.
Lighten up.
Lighten up.
I can't stand people with their head stuck up their ***. If you bring a cocky attitude to the table you're going to get into an arguement.
Nothing wrong with Ls1's or 350's.
Edit:
In response, You're right. Getting an n/a faster then a boosted 7 is a very expensive and difficult thing to do. Some will call it stupid, I just call it a choice.

Well, if you didnt mean to insult me, you could just say you're sorry
It wasnt my claim, I just said "TII numbers"
However, my car has, and will continue to (Lord willing) destroy "well running boosted cars with basic mods"
It does.
You failed to show me that, to 'show' me something you need ACTUAL INFORMATION, perhaps to counter the fact that my car, and other N/A cars out there, have shut down TIIs. Oh yes, and the stock fuel system will support this
I didnt say you havent contributed to the hobby, I was saying that your act of posting HERE isnt contributing to anyone.
And made a lot of freinds? Why is the little square next to your name red?

I did. He is assuming that the fuel map goes that high.
I am trying to show you that you need to rethink being able to beat a boosted rx7 with your port only with a $120 ecu and no extra fuel. Now if you think I have not contributed to the hobby you should read some of my posts over the past few years. You will see that I have helped lots of people and made alot of friends.

Then get your head out of your own *** and you wont have to hate on yourself.

oh, and about the $120 ECU, it doesn't matter HOW much your ECU costs... all that matters is how much air gets into the engine, and that the right amt of fuel for that amt of air get in the engine with it.... (and what your spark advance is etc...) and it doesn't take a $1000 computer to do any of that.

Ok I didn't see that post. I do know what a piston engine is. My other three cars all have them.

Could you copy and paste me the map then since you seem to have it on hand.

And LOL @ JimLab
And no, I cant paste the map, its not even remotely in a format I could use :p I just have experiecne with N/As that run up there.
Oh yeh, the R26B was an N/A

I would need a lot of help to get up on your bumper, its true, since you've got a highly modded FD.
However, my car probably cost a vast fraction of yours to biuld, and gets three times the fuel economy
(Different goals!)Oh yes, AND THE TOP GOES DOWN!!!!! OWNED!!!! :-p
