As an FYI for ya - we bolted one on the front last night and it clears just fine. The backspacing difference is unreal. It sits a good two inches closer than the Centerlines. Going to work perfectly for the drive to OC and back. Roasting the back ones should be pretty funny too

i work in virginia... have yet to have any problems other than people smoking in restaurants... bugs the hell out of me

never had a runin with VA troopers, or faquier or loudon county sheriffs

did get into a little stunt driving incident with some prince williams county sherrifs though
something about a GTI and doing 360s in the snow in front of some cops... evidently they ont like that very much, but think its pretty cool, if you tell them how to do it they let you out of unlawful displays of power tickets

I hate when people whine about smoking in restraunts, particularly bars.
BTW I do not smoke but come on , in a bar at least people should be allowed to smoke.
Of course my fav is when I light up a nice Opus or Ashton and the cigarette smokers complain about the cigar smell, hah!
Hey DAK hows it going, see you at Katsu!

If you make it, say hi to Bridgette while you're there. She's the GM and gets to kick Corey's *** for slacking every time he works. Of course, she kicks everyone's ***

Oh I was just saying for ***** and giggles, if he wants to run against a rotary for a good comparison of v8 vs Rotary. I'll be running stock 205 kuhmo's. So if he ran stock FD wheels with something equally crappy we'd be even in the tire dept. But I'm running a fresh large port series 5 turbo motor with 11lbs of boost. I'd estimate power around 250 at the rear wheels (conservative) estimate +=10hp for every add'l lb of boost so thats 30hp + a street port which can add between 30-60 hp based on boost level and stock hp being 200. I'll dyno sometime this summer so we can get solid numbers on it. (I guess the biggest difference is I spent 2700 on my car including the cost of a fresh motor, and he's looking at 25k total for his, however he is also running an FD which is naturally much more expensive for missing stock parts etc...)

Noel: I need to barrow your tps adjuster thingy and extra ecu soon to see if that'll fix mine

I bought the FD alternator kit, and it works pretty good, it's deffinitly a tight fit though.

I guess he'd really be better off running sgof for a good FD v8 vs FD single turbo comparison.

I know joey will be running some sort of big tire in the rear, dunno what I'd do, cause I plan on keeping the car as stock as possible right now with the whole home buying issue on the very close horizon.
