Randy , I have to agree . I hear alot about how fast their car is , and when you have a chance to win a 23 K car and no one shows up , it must be BS I've been hearing . It cost $ 20.00 to run , $8.00 to watch ,you dont have to push it to the limit . You run your race . Count me in Randy I'll be there this Wensday .

Basically it is a 1 lap standing start drag race around Langley Speedway. They do typical elemination, and expect a little "promoters input" which means don't expect it to be 100% fair, but it is a pretty cool deal and kinda fun to both run and watch.

RX7's should do pretty well. If anyone needs any advice about setting up a car for it, or needs advice on driving it, let me know. My hoosiers are shot, or else I would probably be running now. It does not take much to set up a car capable of winning but driving Langley well can be a little tricky.

 

Thanks Calvin for the great explanation . I'm going to try my first race Tomm . But I have been going for over 3 yrs now and its just as fun in the seats . Be sure to tell all your Honda Buddies , hahahaha . There is nothing better to see than a Honda or 5.0 in the wall at langley . And if I should hit the wall ??? What the !!!! I have 3 more boddies just waiting to get on the track .

Calvin did a good job explaining Wacky Wednesday, It is alot of fun. And if you win the SRT Neon just think of what kind of upgrades you could get when you sell it........Midget races start around 6 i think, there cool to, its usually kids 10 to 15 running 100 mph around the track for 25 laps. There is usually a couple of beeters there that dont care about the wall. I am usually there around 7.15. Yall need to make it. And hopefully this VaGambler guy is not full of BS and actually shoes up.

I know for a fact that T2 has several cars that just need a night or 2 of tender loving to be able to get back on the road . By the way , dont think I plan on crashing my 1st night . Alright guys I didnt see anyone there last night. We have got to spread the word about Wacky Wed. They said if attendence and cars doesnt start going up they would probably close it down, so try to spread the word. We had a blast last night, but they put Va Gambler against the fastest car on they track....Wasnt Pretty. But aleast he had fun. Have yall decided on a place for the next meeting?Should have my new twins next week and with alot of work, and me getting off my *** maybee a month or so. Ill drag Va gambler to the next meet so yall can rag on him in person..... He likes to stir things up a bit, but he's a pretty good guy and he definatly a 7 addict. I think he has 4 or so.

PS any one have a big 4 wheel drive? They said they would like to see a tug of war in the infield, and you know my Dodge is up for that....
