Arnold's Go Karts Meet - Oaks, PA

I have been wanting to set up some kind of meet at this place for a little while now. Mostly because its pretty fun and I think RX-7 owners would have a good time, and they have a huge parking lot which is a plus. They are very close to Philly and not too far from Jersey or New York either.

The carts are electric indoor which go pretty fast, and the course is tight enough where you have to lift through most corners. Also they have telemetry so everyone gets to see whos in first place and what each persons lap times are.

Heres their website:

I was thinking two weeks from now either Saturday the 12th or Sunday the 13th. Lets see if anyone would go.

FYI...import vs domestic at etown on the 13th.
Arnolds is fun place. i used to go on sundays when it was like $50 or $100 (i forget) for unlimited races.

alright since it seems like a few people would go, lets do it. maybe cause of e-town we should push it back to the saturday after and hopefully more people will come. that would be saturday the 19th.

can anyone think of any major events it will conflict with that weekend?

it says on their site that the max weight of the rider is 300lbs. the carts will move a rider that size without a problem but as 2muchpower suggested it will give them a dissadvantage. i have found this is the case for myself against 100lb kids riding the carts but as long as your a better driver than a 12 year old its not a problem.

the place also has a restaurant type place in it as well so we could all get some food too.

saturday the 19th is less than a week away.. from looking at the rx7 member map it looks like rxrotary2_7, bacon, sexyrx, wonner, awreck7, jfxp, and BlackKnightRX7 are all within 15 minutes of the place. mini-x and martin should bring out the union crew. also gingenhagen and 2MCHPWR, you guys live very close to me in jersey so if you want to go we could meet up and drive down together.

maybe starting a list would help..
