Wow! Nice numbers! Can't wait to see this header. How are you getting that much adjustability out of it? (I know nothing about the subject, so I apologize if it's painfully obvious ) Can't wait to see some videos of this beast too.

Also forgot to mention, I found that the 3" elbow and inlet began to restrict power after 7500rpms so a new inlet was built. Started with a Greddy elbow, cut it and added a 4" tube onto it. Then of course a nice large 4" air filter. It breathes much better now.

Dont worry, its not obvious because nobody has offered a adjustable header for the rotary before. Basically the header will have slip fit connectors before the end of the collector, and at the begining of the straight primary tubes. It will be sold with various Straight tube sections of different lengths. Then you can slip out two primary tubes, and exchange them with shorter or longer ones. This allows for the adjustment.

I know this is a random question, but what kind of top-end numbers and curves do you think you would get with the same set up, but carb'ed?

Thanks! If the Carb was the right size, tuned properly with the right length intake should be able to get similar power.

Is the 12a street port still or bridge port? I would like to see what you can squeeze out of it, no doubt its going to take some revs to accomplish. Keep me posted!

This has been a very interesting little saga. I love your build and have the utmost respect for you accomplishments. If I didn't know better, I'd say you make it look easy ... but I know better (and hope all those planning to buy your header do to).

Would like to see pics of the car.

As for your header, I know it's not a big deal to get them drilled and welded, but will you be making them available with provisions for a oxygen sensor? I'll be interested your header when you release it, in fact it couldn't be at a better time for me as I hope to have my car running within the next 6-8 weeks and I plan to completely redo the exhaust as a part of the tuning process.

Thank you for the compliments! All the headers will have a O2 bung, so you are in luck.

why does every sweet rotary builder have to be so far away.... great project man. ill reread but dont remmber is this a 6 port or 4??

far away!? I drive from detroit to columbus nearly every weekend! It's a 13B-RE 4 port btw.

i drivemost weekends from detroit to dayton... columbus is other side of the state lol.

i need to find someone to look over myrebuild work or do some porting for me mostly. street port (6 port) 4 barrel holley setup.

We will offer everything that has been built on this car to the rotorheads. The only custom parts will be our production adjustable header, Shortened lower intake manifold, 4" inlet for the TB, and our specific porting templates. Everything else in the engine setup is 13b-re, and S5 n/a rotors.

I removed 2" from the lower intake manifold. Then relocated the injector bungs lower and had it all re-welded. Just like we do on the 20b conversions
