hey guys i have a 86 rx7 gxl i believe i have been looking everywhere for rx7s in nebraska. im trying to get mine running i figured out i wasnt getting fuel so i also figured out the fuel pump was bad so i put a new one in today and still no gas pressure. what do you think guys?

 

Power to the pump? Is it running?
Plugged filter?

 

out of gas? lol sorry couldn't help.... if pump is running check filter then tank, coud have alot of rust

 

I'll be back in omaha in june and I was wondering if there is anyone out there with a datalogit for sale (or borrow for a couple of days). I'll be tuning the 7 then and I would much rather use my laptop that the commander. Thank a bunch....

 

hey, i'm getting my FD next week, I'm in Lincoln, and I'll be taking it to Blum's Auto Repair Service on about 33rd and Leighton, he knows what he's doing and I really trust him, really fair prices too.

 

 

What is wrong with it? Are you on SCR at all?

 

mostly minor stuff, but one of the seals in the crankshaft has to be replaced. However he has worked on it for the current owner before.

not on there, I'm trying to get away from racing, i've gotten too many tickets recently and i'm proving to the gf, the rents, and myself, that I can drive reasonably, but i'm down for cruising.

 

I dunno how old this thread is but I live here in Omaha I own and 86 my self but like alot of others I noticed. I lost a seal on my rear rotor. So I am gonna be doing a rebuild and all that good stuff.

I have seen a few other 7's here in town probably a total of 12 or 13 in the past 2 years ive had the car. Anyone know a good body shop I need my right rear fender well fixed up its rusted up pretty good and whoever had the car before me did a shotty job of fixin it lol.

Saturday? wanna meet up at the Culver's on 27th and Superior? or we can meet somewhere else closer to the middle of town. I don't really care cept that the 15 mpg I get kinda hurts driving around town on how expensive gas is getting lately and I have to use premium (OUCH!) Say around 6? get some food, make introductions, then cruise around?
