Can anyone here recommend a reliable place around Des Moines that can do a rear main seal replacement and front cover seal replacement? I really don't have time to figure out how to do this on my own, but I wanted at least to know if there is a place around here that may be able to do this without messing up things too much. Otherwise I will be taking this car out to A Spec in Shaumburg.

I have a front and rear bumper for an FD im giving away cause i need it out of my garage due to me moving.. id use them but i have 99 spec parts on my car and well yeah i dont want to switch... they are in great shape!! free to good home, please dont make me throw this stuff away...

I also have random fd parts i need to clear out.. too many parts to list so just PM me and lets set up a time to come get this stuff loaded in your truck/car etc...

I'd say two things-

Time'n - switch spark plugs or harness to the coils
Switched injectors connectors - From harness

I'd check your colors and make sure u installed it right.

The coil pack is very easy to switch along with injectors.

 

So what's the plan with the white one?

I just got it drivable today ! lol , it might see daily driver status for a month or two... depending on wether my wife starts ordering parts for it or not. she wants this this to be her car . power windows and rear disc ... unfortunately she knows that is good stuff and wount let me put thme on my project.

by the way im saying f it with my car and im just shipping it up to aspec to figure out.. i just aint got the time! then i get to drive it back and take it back before spring to get dyno tuned.. they didnt want to tune it till i get miles on it since its all brand spankin new..

Lemme check my schedule, but if you want to get rid of that dvd player maybe we can take the tundra up to aspec Go to Uhaul.com and try to reserve a full car trailer for friday. Its pretty cheap.

anybody want the 'fog' lights off the white car ? im tossing them if nobody wants them. there is no wiring in the car that goes with , but the lights have wires hanging off them.

how those mirrors looking on your car man?? ya know after i got home i found the orginal box those came in lol.. but lets keep our fingers crossed on my car getting somewhat done in the next 2 weeks!!!! I soooo wanna drive it again.. ohh and i still want that 99 spec spoiler!! :-)

 

anyone have an NA 13b for an s4 laying around that they want to sell? must have decent compression and good coolant seals.

Hey fellas. Sorry I've been gone a while, had some things to take care of. The Subaru's the daily driver now, the rx7 is on hiatus, the RE5 has good compression on all seals but is a wiring nightmare, and the Accord is under the knife for some major repairs before next season's autoX starts. So, winter meet, anyone?
