I listed everything that was wrong with it.

The big reason i sold it was b/c I was going to VA for a 1/2 year and had a FD too. That didn't allow me enough time to work on both and i still needed a winter car.

I worked alot with the FD engine harness.

I took a J-spec series 6 harness and put it in my car (Warning: not a bolt in!) so I know the harnesses pretty well. Still remember the damn BR/W wire on the Jspec harness.

I also did the non-seq before I went single. If you don't know what your doing just leave the solenoids plugged in.

LOL most likely that is a little too late tho

Best thing to do is look at the Factory Service manual and get a multi-meter.

I really liked the manual and saved me alot of time - very good investment if you plan on keeping a FD.

Since then I went haltech I got rid of my old factory harness.

One of many reasons PowerFC's blow.

FD harnesses are horrible and should be replaced if you want to have a reliable car. They are just too brittle and break or short out.

I think they are about 600-700 through ray.

about 1k thru oem dealerships.

They are not cheap.

Might as well buy a haltech for that amount of money.

Anyone know of a decent mechanic that can put in a rear main seal for me? I'm busy studying for exams and don't have time to do this myself, but I prefer to get this done sometime soon and with a mechanic in the Des Moines area otherwise I might look into doing this in the Spring. I heard transmission shops can do this for a reasonable price, but then again that's just word of mouth.

Is there going to be fall get-together? I haven't seen anything and I've missed the last few get-togethers. If there is, I'll hold off on my next project (A fuel system rebuild) so I can attend.

I'm also trying to get rid of these.

If an RX7 owner wants them, I go as low as $200.

I wouldnt count on much...we dont seem to get together too often...
plus, when we plan something, more than half the people who "say" they are going to attend, dont.

I saw those rims and I was thinking "man, I wish those were 4x110." I can always just invite all of you guys over to my place for beers again. I'm not gonna be in town this coming weekend, but how about next weekend? Who's in?

Where would the meet be? I traded my FC for a fairly clean FB, so I can show up to meets.
