Well Im not interested in going now, cuz I drive a Durango. But come spring I will have a 7 and will be interested in doing meets etc. if the club is still going. To me theres no real sense in going to meets, and "trying to keep up" when you guys cruise.

Contact the people that said they'll help run things, and maybe we'll have a cruise before the poll is supposed to close, huh? In any event, I still contend that we don't need a separate website for super-cool RC3. I never even registered

Theres a webpage? Heh wow this is turning out to be an informative thread..!
*Learned so far*
RC3 = Rotary Car Club of Chicago
RC3 = Has a webpage
Agreed, I rarely look at the Michigan Rotary boards.. this forum should be adequate, but of course I am not speaking from experience as I have never frequented the RC3 site.. what is the URL by the way?

I'm not here daily, like I am on the 8 board. I came here because I used to own a couple of 7's and later to find out what was going on with rotorys in Chicago.

There is a lot more activity here on the 7 board than there is on the 8 board. I've had multiple things that I've posted in teh Midwest forum that have gone unreplied there were things that us 8 owners could have gotten together and done. But here on the 7 board there are at least people in the Midwest area who are intersted in doing stuff.

True, but other than a select few, there aren't any 8 guys that come over. In addition, there are some on NP that don't come here either. That's not the issue anyway. Regardless of what happens, at some point there will be a site for RC3 (or whatever it may be called in the future). The domain is has already been set for two years. Once we figure out where the home will be (server space and where hosted) then it will come back.
