Herblenny asked me to start this thread for our region as a place for us to meet and possibly caravan to the event together. Not many from our area went last year and this year we hope to make a greater showing. Phil is saying this is going to be the most attendants ever as well as the most sponsorship he's had since its inception.
I went last year and despite my critical mechanical failure, I still enjoyed it thoroughly. I went back over Memorial Day weekend just to experience the road and scenery. I can't wait until April 20, 2007! We hope this will be the largest gathering of rotary powered vehicles on the East coast.

WTF... where are all the STL ppl at!? We've got folks coming from Michigan; New York; New Orleans, LA; Chicago, IL and NO ONE from STL?? come on guys it's only about a 5-6 hour drive from there to Nashville and then another 4 to fontana or you could go straight there and make the whole trip in 9 hrs. I got a guy coming up from Baton Rouge that is driving 10 hours just to Nashville then making the trip to fontana from here the next day. So where are all the STL ppl??

Lots of people are going to be coming through Columbus, Ohio. I just talked to Jason from the RX 7 Store here in Columbus. He has offered the parking lot there for us to meet at. It's close to the highway, and should make it easy for everyone. I should have a departure time hashed out soon and will post it. I would like to ask that if you do plan on meeting up in Columbus, that you PM me. If you get me your cell, then I can call people with any changes or if they are running late, at least we will know. If you have 2 way radio's please bring them. We will be on channel 4.4.
