T-shirt sale ENDS March 4th, 2007

OK, here is the deal!

Since this event is possible by vendors who donated parts and money, only those who purchase this years event shirt will be allow to participate in door prizes, awards, and FREE lunch and drinks at the event.

This year, the shirts are slightly cheaper than last year due to help from our sponsor, Eso•Es Graphics.



Shirts will look like this! Shirt Designed by: PureMdMa (Jeremy Stone).



Short sleeves (XS thru XL) will be $10 and Long sleeves will be $12.50
Short Sleeves bigger than XL will be $12 and Long Sleeve will be $14.50

I will accept paypal payments, money order, check, cashier's check, etc..

When sending a payment, I need your:

1. Forum SN and which forum
2. Real Name
3. City and State
4. Car info
5. Shirt type and Size

this is to verify when you pick up the shirts at the event.

If you want me to mail it to you, it will be flat $10. Sorry, it might be less but I would have to pack it, drive it, fill out paper work, etc... So, flat $10 for shipping.

If you send it to the wrong account, I would have to send it back, and you would have to re send it.. It just wastes time for both of us.

Once payment is recieved, I will add you to the list... If you are not on the list, you would have to give me the info above and which method you've paid.

T-shirt sales will end March 4th, 2007 (Sunday)!
After March 4th, 2007 - Prices of the shirts will be Shortsleeve - $20 and Long $25 (size S-XL) (lunch will be still FREE) but only limited number of shirts will be printed (maybe 40 extra total) and it will be first come first served!!

Once the shirts are sold out, and you want to get in on the lunch, Lunch will be $10/person... I recommend getting the shirts early! This will help us determine how to prepare for the event and let some of the local vendors know what to expect.

I have to put a deadline so that the printer will have enough time to print all the shirts!

I will also print 20-40 extra shirts. But if you buy them after, the cost will be $20 for short and $25 for long. It will include FREE lunch at the event.

Once the shirts are all sold, I will collect payments for those who want lunch at the event. It will be $10 per person (without a shirt).
