ok got it to start a bit better but have it between 1600-1800 so its not switching idle map havent tried turning it down and compensating with fuel yet to see if it will work

Probably not.. it switches to idle map at 1000 but it wont idle that low at the moment

Tps is not rpm dependent.

It will switch to idle map as long as their is 0 throttle.

Now.

When the car is off.
but you have the key turned to ignition.
Pick up your handset.
Your tps should 00 * next to it.

When you touch the throttle(ever so slightly)
it should go to any number other then 00 and the * will disappear.
Is this what yours does?

nope because i adjusted the throttle plate so i could get a smooth idle and havent adjusted the tps to suit so its not on idle map
