I have the same problem trying to start up. It takes like 10 seconds of cranking and then it doesnt want to catch. I have to pump the gas a little bit just so i can get it started. This is only when the motor is cold though. Other then this, the driveability of the car with microtech is 10 times better then with the power fc. So far, i love microtech.

well, the trailings control the tach and the only time it cranks is when the tach moves, if not itll just turn and turn till it starts moving and then it cranks... I later found out, that it is related to the trailing coils not firing... Even though Im possitive the car can be started w.o. the trailing plugs in, I know it mostly affects only when its cold.

Adjust it, crank it, shut it off. Adjust it, crank it, shut it off. Thats what i did to get it where i liked it. Also make sure to put a battery charger on there jsut incase as starting takes alot out of it when you dont let it run.
