MicroTech LTX-8's Ver.1.0 self tuning help...
I am told their is a program for this particular ECU where ( me, myself... ) can tune my car by my laptop... If so can any body help this Devil out?

just richen up the 20psi load band. There is nothing stopping you running higher then that, you just lose the resolution.
So if you say tune for 30psi (i've seen it done) you tune the 20psi fuel and ignition curves for the power at 30psi, it'll just run poorly for anything less then 30psi and 18psi.

The above advice can work.
But it dosnt work.
I stress to people dont recommend something unless you have tried it, end up causing someone elses misfortune. I have done it a few times and if the ignition isnt up for it youll end with a flat spot at 20psi, and even ignition break up and so on.

Of course it will cause a flatspot, but it does and can work, if you are only interested in peak power.
I've been tuning my microtech for a couple of years now on several different viechles. On my old Turbo Hilux (turbo 3RZ) i ran 24psi and tuned from the 20psi load point. But I only ever used the 20psi load map with BP Ultimate and octane booster. On the street i only ran 14psi.
