1000cc saturated primaries

can I use these for primaries with custom rail will they work good with lt10?

http://www.t1raceparts.com/1000cc_sa...r_p/b1000s.htm

I can pick them localy,

few local honda guys r running them and idling like stock around 16afr

will pick up 4 tomorow for my acura gsr turbo so if they do I can get 2 more for the fd

thanx

There's nothing that will stop a particular injector from working with the Microtech. It will depend on whether you can turn then down enough and have enough resolution to get them working for your vehicle.

where should have the staging and what rpm and load

currently with my stock primaries I have the staging set
95 and secondaries coming on @ 2000rpm @ 05hg

thanx

Try around 60% for the staging and see how it works out.

Also, there's a big staging sticky which contains settings for nearly every combination.

RPM and load depends on where your turbo makes boost. 3500 RPM and 2" of vacuum is a good place to start.

50% will work fine.

Stage it at 1320 rpm

02HG

put 2.43 inyour LOAD 00HG map

and 2.1 in your LOAD 05HG map

And go from their.

glad ur back rx72,

hope I will have them plumbed tomorow
so I can dyno tune saturday,

looks like I will be able to instal them without
the top adapters, in case if I decide on 2 more
injectors in the future on my xtreme lower manifold
so they wont be on the way

also we got couple e85 gas stations close to my
work and home so I am doing the switch

rx72c,
with e85 would the above settings work
and what hp will my setup (2x1600&2x1000cc)
max out

thanx again

2X1000cc and 2X1600cc should atleast get you to the 450hp mark.
With e85 the above settings wont work. Need to be richer.

Start off with those values and slowly add fuel till you get it right.

ok got the car running on e85,
we tuned it on a mustang dyno got 460 @ 20psi,
15* timing

with the above 1000cc injectors the car idles @ high 12s AFR 900-1000rpm very smooth,
and cruise is great even @ high 15's afr,

the only problems with above setings we could not clear up the staging we tuned on matrix and we had to raise the staging to 2k rpm and 0" cleand up little but still the hickup is worst then it was with the stock primaries

any sugestions will be great

also I cant figure the idle air controler, r there any tricks to it?
I can change settings but in order to run when engine cold had
to richen up the idle to 10s,

when I start the car the rpms r good around 1300rpm and around 15 second later they drop,

I am hoping I can control the idle in high 12's hot or cold, it Idles even @ 14 when hot but not that smooth,

thanx

I think you should be cruising in the 14s not 15s. 15s are a bit lean on pump...I dont know if the same applies on E85

Cruise as lean as the car will allow without driving EGTs through the roof. The only danger with lean cruising is melting the turbine and flattening seal springs. Running in the 14s during cruise is unnecessarily rich. 15:5 is a great ratio to start with if you run typical timing of about 30 degrees during cruise.

dont know wich one did it
with pump gas, stock primaries and ignition I could not get it to cruise clean even on high 14s,

I also put new alternator runing 0 guage wire from batery to alternator and starter and couple 0 guage grounds,

after all these the car totaly transformed feels great

I am running around 35* timing on cruise

also the car is full street ported and still idles very smooth at 900-1000rpm

and don't wana confuse anyone with the injectors not sure if 2x1000 & 2x1600cc
r enough for 460whp on mustang dyno

I am also running another set of 1600cc's with additional injector controler

Youll probably find mate that with all the new grounds etc your whole injection system is working better hence now you can run lean afrs.

I have the batery in the trunk,

so ran two ground 0guage wires from batery to chasis,
1 from chasisi to starter bolt and one from chasis
to midle iron,

also run one 0guage from batery positive to starter and from
starter to alternator
