Megasquirt Won't Fire unless CAS hand spun?

Won't Fire unless CAS hand spun?
Hi Guys,
We have been banging our heads on this car all day. It's a Locost with a 12a and recently converted to coil packs and CAS. Currently running an MS2 V3.57 Megasquirt. Everything seems to be hooked up OK. When the CAS is spun quickly by hand it will produce spark and fuel but when the car is cranked (with a new battery) it will not turn the CAS fast enough for it to fire or deliver fuel. We have double checked our settings against Aaron Cake's site and others. Any suggestions? Thanks!
