Why are my primaries always open?

When i connect the MS(turn it on) the primary injectors are fully open and my engine gets REALLY flodded :S

What can make this kind of error? is it something in the software?

Sometimes the MS also get really wicked. All the gauges get red and some green/yellow.. Doesnt help to reboot or anything so then i have to upload the firmware and start all over...
When this happends the fuelpump starts to switch on and off...

Fuel pump pulsing usually is a config issue.

check http://megasquirt.sourceforge.net/extra/faq.html

There are two likely problems:

1.) MS hardware problem, such as damaged injector drivers. Check on stimulator for proper operation.
2.) Harness problem - check at DB37 end with meter to see if the injector wires are shorting somewhere in the harness/connector.

Ive been doing some research on this problem now.
My v3 card had a shorted Q1(all pins). I swapped the Q1 with the Q5 just to try again. The car fired, ran for 15 sec, stopped and got badly flooded. I measured the Q1(old Q5), and it was toasted..
Question is, how could this happend?
I rechecked my injectors just to clarify that they were high impedance. Bank one wasnt!! Bank two was..

Is this the problem? low imp injectors...

Yes, that's the problem. The low impedance injectors draw a huge amount of current, causing the failure of Q1. Add some series resistors or swap in some high impedance injectors, fix your MS, and try again.
