Smoking ign modules

I have a DIY auto tune built MS2 extra box. I have it wired to their schematic. It keeps burning up ignition modules for the leading coil. My settings are matched the their fc write up. Each time it lasts about a half hour or so.
Also what is the reasoning behind aarons trigger ofset being 60 and DIY's being zero?
If squirted several piston cars with great success, but this FC is kicking my but.
Thanks in advance guys

Dwell time when running should not really be over 4 ms (3.5 works well for me), although the cranking dwell can be as high as 6 since not only is it for a short time, but the voltage is lower when the starter is cranking, so the current will be less. That would be the first step, before checking resistances of the coil itself.

It may be a problem with the coil itself though, since the dwell time is applied to both the leading & trailing coils, and its only the leading thats burning out.

The trigger offset difference is to account for different CAS alignments when inserting it into the engine. If DIY & Aaron specify different trigger offsets, then they must specify different orientations for the CAS.
