ok well i just ran the car with the new flash and the iat is working correctly now. im going to look at the configuration and see about renaming the ini file without the ms2extra on the end.
so i had gone to take the car for a ride around the block with the new iat flash working. and i get all set up and running, and the o2 gauge in mt isnt working. its pegged at 12.1. unless i blip throttle. and then it goes to 14.7 i think and stays there. so i went into configurator and checked my o2 settings and it was set to narrowband. so i changed it to wideband-unknown. and the gauge acts the same unless the motor isnt running and then it would go to 16.9, but my ngk wbo2 only goes to 16.0:1. so i took a look in realtime tuning display and before where it would have shown a voltage, it now shows the afr. still pegged. what is weird is that before my iat had issues, when i looked at my datalogs the 02 was shown in volts and comparativly, 14.0:1 was about .300v. even tho it should be a 0-5v linear scale, i said whatever.
so in megalog viewer, i tried to set up the wideband settings and when i set it to unknown wideband with a 0-5v range and 9.0-16.0:1afr it was way off with the afrs.
i double checked my signal to ms for o2 and it appears to be getting to the db37 with 4.97v @ 16.00:1.
i need to think about this more.

MegaSquirt Mod
You need to (With the car not running) Calibrate the AFR table. I believe it's in Tools in megatune off the top of my head, but I might be wrong... You should be able to find it if you look around though.
