Just because you've been here longer then someone doesn't give you the right to call people pathetic. And who cares if you've been here longer then me, the guy I bought my TII from was here longer then you, does that make him know anything?

I don't see how that matters. Plus we would flame your Civic, its not a ******* Honda forum.

I don't care how you built a car. But still, you had to have money to buy that **** at one point or something of the like. Unless you get it free, then you're just spoiled.

Go. Troll. Elsewhere .

Wow 5-6K!?! I always went at like 3. Usually that would give me minimal tire spin and avoid bogging. Try going a little lower. Also, it may be time to tune your car a bit. Go thru and check the basics. You'd be surprised what could happen from changing a fuel filter, plugs & wires and an air filter.

Look at you guys, i proved a point, i can't talk down on a car, but you guys can talk down on Hondas. If i posted my Civic with a gutted cat doing 0-60 in 8 seconds, i would be flamed.
anyone can drive well in a straight line. drive the honduh on a real track that isn't straight. you might even beg for a real car

props on the fast non-rice civic though

Yeah I will try launching a little lower, I forgot to mention I have a bunch of stereo stuff in my car too, 2 amps 12" sub with box, plus my rims are about twice as heavy as my stockers. I changed my air filter, and plugs about 3 months ago. Thanks for the responses though. Hopefully taking my car to infineon raceway today for a 1/4 mile time.

That wasn't my car, it's a car like mine with likely the CTR motor considering the revs. Watch the video, yes the Lotus does pull a little sometimes at the Apex, but the Civic enters the corner faster and leaves it sometimes faster, sometimes the same. If you notice, the Lotus had a slight head start and the Civic closed the gap a little.

it was a fast car. most turns when the civic got close to the lotus it was because he entered the turn faster and with less, the wrong, angle. that car was pretty impressive speed wise but the lotus was taking the turns far better. sometimes the civic understeers pretty badly because of the shallow angle he was taking.
