How many interests are there for RHD versions? We current do have couple RHD pieces available for molding but not all 6 pieces. So if there are enough interests, we can look into getting these pieces from Japan. Lets see a list first.

Yes, we will offer individual piece orders once this GB initiates. Right now, we would like to see 10 orders on the full 6 piece kits to get this GB started. Once things get rolling, we will then take individual piece orders.

Sorry been away for a couple of days, the question is. Do we need to provide the plastic interior pieces OR the plastic pieces are provided already? And what is the exact price? $1000?

For molding purpose, we will most likely source all the OEM pieces ourselves unless we end up unable to get any particular piece. Yes, we ballpark the price to be around $1000 for the 6 piece wet carbon kit.

 

Sounds good, for the 6 pieces kit. For both "left and right door handle" plastics, does it actually come with the whole big piece or just merely the "handle" itself?

For example: Driver's door handle plastic (does this include the cuppy too?) Sorry for all the questions, I just want to clear things up before I pay. Thanks

Would love the shifter piece to be available as a solid piece where the "Shifter hole". Basically no big hole

 

So these are complete replacements for the factory parts correct? Also how smooth will the finish be? A couple of the first pics don't look to be very smooth. If the finish is not to my satisfaction can these be scuffed and 1 or 2 more layers of resin be put on and then sanded smooth.

 

Yup we are working on a custom version of the shifter panel with no hole. ErnieT wanted it so its going to get done.

 

Apologies for beeing pedantic, but before I put a deposit down can you please confirm:

a) if you can do white carbon
b) what are the 6 pieces (ie. for instance what happens with ashtray ?) excatly

These will be factory replacement parts. I believe the first couple of pictures were overlay. Ours should be more like the other pictures with the white carbon fiber since those are done all in CF. The Cf should be just as smooth as our other cf parts.

 

Its the whole piece, driver side plastic excluding the map pocket for now. We could do the map pocket if there is enough interest but the price will go up. The passenger side will be the whole piece. We haven't decided what we will do about the door handle part (reuse the old one or make one out of cf). Most likely it will be done out of cf also.

 

A) i will get back to you on the white carbon
B) The six pieces will be the gauge cluster hood, gauge cluster face, driver side plastic excluding map pocket bin, passenger side plastic, A/C panel, and shifter panel. We didnt think of doing the ashtray but if there is enough interest it can be done as well.

 

ok so if your making factory replacements, i have a HUGE favor to ask..

since yuor replacing almost everything on the inside next to the driver and dash, can you add 1 more tiny little item that would make the complete set.... i know im not the only one who was looking for one of these but they are impossible to find and you cannot buy them anymore.

I want you to add to this Gb the rear view mirror, specifically the MAzdaspeed one, its obviously in CF so it will follow with the CF GB for the dash and other overlays. I am just asking you if you can incorporate it to the GB since i am sure many of those who are getting the 6 piece set would appreciate getting a rear view mirror that matches.
