New Kid From Georgia
Hey everyone,
I'm a high school student in recent possession of an aurora white 1980 mazda rx-7 LS. I've been a passerby for years and finally decided to step up and create an account. My plan for the car is simply to restore it's lost valor. This is my first car and rotary, and I look forward to whatever headaches and heart warming moments this aged gem will reward me with in the future. Thank you for taking the time to read my intro, have a blessed day✌

Welcome,
In case you didn't know, belief is, only 2,500 1980 LS's were made. 1000 ea. in Aurora White and Brilliant Black and 500 in Solar Gold. Do you still have the gold waffles with the car? SA (79 / 80) parts are getting scarce. Especially things like the Brown leather interior found on your car. There is a special registry here for special models, you can add your VIN too if you want.

Welcome!!! I'm glad to hear that your plan is to restore it!! I really look forward to pictures of the car!! I have owned a few LS's over the years and the one I have is cherished for many reasons. Over the years, I have seen less and less Brilliant Black LS's and more and more Aurora White's. Its nice to see more coming out of the woodwork here on the forum. Don't waiver in your restoration. See it through and you will have a beautiful 7!! Here's my LS:
