Unhappy Stock Twin Turbo leak by actuator arm

Hey wanted to see if anyone had a similar experience with a leak at this area by the turbo actuator arm (see the attached video) and if it was fixable.

Holy Rust, Batman!

I'm gonna guess it's a cracked exhaust housing on the turbos. Very common. And with all that area in that conditon, I'm going to guess a lot of corrosive exhaust gases have been leaking for a long time.

I've never seen anyone do a bubble test before to say for certain that is what it looks like, but cracks manifesting around the wastegate actuator are one of the areas prone to it.

The turbos are in pretty good condition compared to other images I've seen online.

Yeah, you're right. I was looking at an especially small version and my eyes were focused on what I can see now is actually the corroded and de-laminating heatshield right at the left side there.

Hey @FDAUTO I recently ported the wastegate and installed a new downpipe. Was leak checking once I got everything back on. There's a slight ticking noise at idle from the turbo area but from what I read online this might be normal with a catless downpipe. There is no leaks that I can find anywhere else besides what's shown in the video.
