newbie here, my friend owns a fd and i was just wondering. he said its harder to maintain a fd than a fc cause of so many problems like over heating and turbo issues? would it be better off getting an fc?

I bought my first fc last year just to have something to play with but i love it!
I think you should go for a series 5 FC
not as nice looking as the FD but cheaper and a good start to build from (or just enjoy)

yeah, in my opinion i would go with a fc, they are easier to maintain...but it is hard to find parts for any rx7 the car is just not a regular for car parts to be found...i found that my fc is a very good starter project better then the fd, in my opinion
