For 16 years I had a Black 1980 RZ7 . It was the best sports car out all the MG's, TR's, I've owned and almost as much fun as my 68 Cooper S : So when I sold it, I noticed that my Garage started to fill up with "stuff " and driving the Truck just didn't do it for me. Now as you all know car shopping can be fun and you get test drive some interesting wheels. I was kinda leaning toward BMW Z3 &Z4's,but they just didn't sound right..Then one day I saw this little ad. 88 RX7 for sale; It wasn't even a mile from where I live ; Black Vert. One owner: How could I not buy it ! P.S. I got rid of all the "stuff" and Black Beauty II gets the Garage and gets run on sunny days. "7'S Forever"

Nice to see another old time owner back again, I too brought a 80 Rx-7 new, Auto-X for years with it, then fast forward what 30+ years, and yes I now have Gen 2 in my garage, I like this one (better handing) more the my 80.
