From the gallery, I'd say Crashunit's? And...sparkly purple?

Thumbs up

That car is history and is what used to be of his car. Didn't like the yellow stripes he had on it. The final version of the car had a different widebody and was s2000 asuka blue with the scoot hood. It was damn nice. He later went on to sell it to a buyer that evidently did not have prior experience with high-powered cars and totaled the car for the final time. Heard he sold it because he lost to the R34 GTR and wanted to get one himself. Any truth to this?

So its crashunits car. Is he still on this forum since he no longer has the car?? I would really like to know what exact color that is. I love the look, except for the stripes, and since his no longer looks like that I can make mine look like that. Everything just flows so nicely.

Mainly it's the lighting. Nope, c-unit is no longer an active member on here. Try e-mailing him. Tell us what you find out.

Here is the reply he sent me.

Believe it or not it was blue :p . if you can afford it, its called "kolbot
blue" by house of Kolors. a Very highend type of paint, that took a total of
6 layers of base coat, and then 13 of the kolbot blue. Since it was already
such a dark type of blue and I gave it such a thick layer of paint, it came
out a deep dark purple with low lighting, black at night, and blue in direct
sunlight. I hope that helps.

Thanks.

According to him no.

I did not sell my car because I lost to a R34, and if you search for my name on the forum you will find a thread about that race, I lost the first race because I accidently left my short shifter in 3rd gear thinking it was first, and did not get a good launch. Then on the second round I beat the crap out of the R34, but the other driver claimed he misshifted and didnt want to go again. The reason I sold it was because I got a very generous
offer for it, and I now have an RX-8. Please clear that up on the forum for me, there are way too many stories and rumors floating around the forum.
