There was a GB that was being setup for those a few years ago, but I don't think it ever happened.

 

They are pretty rare to find used in Japan, however with enough time we can source it for you. Would be looking at somewhere around $900.

Noone, state-side, did replicas of that wing. It was never very popular over here as everyone wanted the 99 Spec wing instead.

Can you source a Knight Sports FC wing?

Looking at Knight Sports' website I'm not seeing any FC wings. [Edit:] There's also a new version of an FD wing on their site. There's an FD one that the OP was looking for up for sale on yahoo auctions for about $500 USD +s/h to the U.S., so probably around $800-900 unless you ship it slowly via ship (where it might get broken).
