Bumper Lenses block-off for FD?

You know those red lights on the sides of the rear? I'm looking for plates that screw on in their place; I know I've seen some on FDs before but I'm not sure if they were fab'd or bought.

I've seen a few of those but I thought people just blacked out the red (?)

I definitely saw some on a yellow FD in the "post pics of your FD" thread that were clearly screwed on plates, so I know they're not all paint-overs.

Why wouldn't you just paint the light? They don't weigh anything really, but if you're really concerned, you could gut the back.

I shaved those off of my car. I'm the only person that doesnt have them anymore yet nobody ever notices that they're gone.

Wow, that looks great. I guess I'll wait until I can have some bodywork done.

Yeah, I'm assuming I couldn't just get those spots painted post removal and expect it to even remotely match the stock white from seventeen years ago...

Yeah I've never seen any other FD without them, not even in pictures, besides mine. I just think its a lot cleaner than having them and they dont serve any purpose.
