TPS or not the TPS

So this is an E6X with external 3bar map sensor, running stock fc coils.

now the throttle was calibrated and re calibrated so that is good, but when I am on the hwy especially the car feels like it stubles for a split second.

So i data logged for a bit and this is what i see watch the TPS you can see the tps go to 0. (if you need the whole sheet i can send it )

If i am not mistaken the tps should never go to zero voltage. This issue happens when holding thottle steady for a prolong period or at idle.

Is this a tps issue or i need to adjust some settings?

What TPS are you using? I would guess it's a bad sensor, but this could also be in your wiring (connector usually) or the ECU itself.

haltech TPS...... how do u suggest I test it to tell if its the wiring, sensor or connecter.

i went out for a run and it will not do it unless i am on the highway for a long period of time like 30mins at the same speed + RPM

You would need to log voltage separately from the ECU to really test it. If it's this sensor, then I'd be 99% sure it's a bad sensor. There was a run of bad/failed sensors which led to Haltech switching to the current, much better Bosch units.

Yes. It's simply a variable resistor.

Is the Haltech TPS a direct bolt on for an FD Throttle body?
