well i have installed a sprint re the car runs but i cant seem to get my secondaries to fire. right around 3500rpm it leans out pretty good.. any ideas? there getting power but i feel like im doing some thing wrong on the software ..

I'd be willing to bet its your staging bar. Move it to 0psi, see what happens.
