Removing the Air flow Meter

I have done a search to no avail.

My question is i am going to be running a Haltech E6K very soon and want to know if i can use it without the Air flow Sencer?

I have seen a few cars with it done but i dont know what it involves. I would like to loose it as it looks very small bore size.

Thanks

If you go Haltech, the air flow meter can be removed.

You won't need it because it has a MAP sensor which is better anyways and less restrictive.
