--Now that I premix, blue smoke?--

Now that I'm premixing, does that promote bluish white exhaust smoke? Or do you guys think it's the tuning of the Haltech?

Its the premix - use less or change brands - excess oil causes blue/white smoke - excess fuel causes dark gray/black smoke

I only use 16oz per tank.

Have you disconected the stock OMP? If not then since the HALTECH is not controlling (my understanding is that the Haltech does not control the omp) it is probablly running in default mode, ie MAX oil injection in addition to the premix oil.

Well around 50% as far as we can tell, Max is right on with the rest. 16OZ is a lot, use 4 oz maybe 8 if your planning to run extremely hard (road race). I know people say they run more but I think most of those people have completly removed the OMP. The others are probably blowing smoke and fouling plugs just like you are.
