I will double check the wiring for the CAS. Perhaps could be a problem with the shielding or the unused power and ground wires.

Finally got spark and sync level to say full. I had to lower the trigger arming voltage and home arming voltage. Also changed the reference ground to disabled in the trigger setup. Locked the timing and disabled the injectors to set the TDC offset angle. Still reading a few errors and won’t start but its very close now.

Car starts now but dies immediately. Doubled checked the wiring for the CAS and got continuity between the CAS and ECU on all 4 wires. Got spark on all plugs, fuel pressure, and injectors are working. Still have some errors, “Home tooth error count”. After researching other threads for the same dilemma I found replacing the CAS should fix this. I swapped the CAS with an extra I had laying around but still gets errors. I’ll hit up the for sale threads and get back to y’all.
