Mounting hardware p1000/p2000

Am I missing something or is there no hardware to mount the new ECU's?

Nothing a bit of velcro cant fix. Why would you want to solid mount it?
I like to remove my computer when im not in the car.
Harder to steal.

I'm not to worried about some one stealing the car since it always locked up in the garage.

Well I just took out my E6K and it has screw tabs on the sides to mount but the PS series ecu have nothing. I guess I would feel better if the ECU was securely mounted and not bouncing around.

Velcro works well. There are mounting tabs that are available but they're not included with the ECU.

Motec has used a similar case for years and everyone thinks they're the end all.

What I have done is cut an 1/8" aluminum plate, stick it to the case with velcro, then use rubber isolator mounts to attach the aluminum plate.

Thats right mates!! Motec boxes have been like that (no mounting tabs) for years, anybody hear of a motec user complaining about that?

At any rate, Haltech does have mounting options for the Sport/Pro boxes, just inquire about them.
