Help: weird RPM and Psi fluctuation problem

I started data logging my E6K and noticed as my RMS increase, they fluctuate. The boost does the same thing. I moved my 3 bar map pressure source to one of the 3 nipples by the alternator and it made the psi readings much better but my rpms are still jumping around. I cleaned the plugs and even tried different spark plug wires. I don't know what else to do. It doesn't seem to be a problem driving but its annoying when reading the data logs. Please help...

It all looks completely normal. You need to realize that the datalog info is sampled several times per second. The manifold pressure is constantly fluctuating in small increments and that's just being recorded by the ECU. You're boost gauge is not sensitive enough and is dampened too much to see these fluctuations. The RPM is calculated by the ECU and that number is updated several times a second. Just like the MAP reading there will be a small fluctuation as the ECU continues to update the reading. If you have a trigger issue it will usually show up as fluctuations of several thousand RPM, not 10 or 20 RPM.

The Trigger/Home Gains on the Ignition Setup using the factory FC3S crank angle sensor need to be 1 and 2, respectively. Make sure they're set there.
