Hey Fellas.
I'm still about, living in Melbourne still so the car is 2100 miles away, unfortunately.
We had a second child and I just changes jobs into the Software tech industry (from Structural engineering) so life is fairly busy at the moment and now been able to do much.
I've had the chance to go back 2x now and she starts up no issues as well. such a simple thing but make me very happy still.
If this new role goes well. It should come with some significant bonus's so if that comes off in about June I'll have some dollars and will pay a local shop to get some work done. OR pay the $700 bucks and get it shipped over to me. Most of the tools are in storage so it will be harder to work on her.
So she's not gone, just on hold for the time being

Well, looks like I got my hands on a 1500 this morning.
Now still going to be a while till I set it all up. But Im curious about the tuning techniques that it has for rotaries. (Im very green when it comes to tuning - generally I just leave it to the professionals - but i want to Learn)
Background:
I'm migrating from the haltech E8.
Now running 13B RE, FFE crank trigger, will get a WB1, ID injectors, DBW throttle body and pedal, , Fuel flex & the 1500.
So moving forward, as I have ID's and wide band should I just go straight to VE tuning? Is this the best option for Rotor's. I guess whats the Pro's and Con's
Or should I just migrate over all my old tune into the 1500 and use that as the starting point? Or is VE tuning completely different?
Sorry about the stupid question, ive not seen much about it so keen to read up and learn more.
