E6K Fan Wiring question

I am trying to wire up my fans so that they come on based on tempature. Does anybody know which wire I am supposed to be using for the negative ground from the haltech?

I looked at the diagram but can't figure it out.

Any help on how to wire and which wires to use would be greatly appreciated.

Anyone of the pwm's(1-4) would do.

PWM 1..... violet/white
PWM 2......pink/blk
PWM 3......blue/green
PWM 4......green/white

Like Chris says, any of the PWMs will work. However those need to ground a relay to actuate the fan. You can't run the fan directly off the PWM output.

The coloured PWM wires are grounds as stated. When the conditions are met (programmable in the software) they pull to ground.

Well, I've been trying to chase this connector down to figure out where it go's and why the violet/w white stripe wire is snipped.

Well, looking through some old pictures............ I chased down where that wire originally went, it went to a relay that was hooked to the fan. I guess I forgot that I clipped it.

This wire apparently is the pwm 1 but why is it attached to a connector ?

They could've used the connector (that one in the picture is one supplied in the master connector kit from haltech) to wire in a plug on the relay for the fan. There should be power and other grounds in that wiring if it went to a relay. (power and PWM ground to power the relay, and then a beefier power to power the fan once the relay is ON)

EDIT: Using the wiring diagram on haltech's site, you should be able to trace continuity between the purple/white wire and its corresponding pin on the plug at the ECU. Just to verify exactly which wire that is.
